The initial intake is sent to you by email and can be completed online.

Step 2: Bring any laboratory work or other investigations.
Don’t worry if you do not have these documents. We can also complete a release of records at your first visit to request this information from medical records.

Step 3: Reflect on your goals and expectations.
It can be helpful to think about what your goals are for your health and well-being and what your expectations are of including naturopathic doctors as part of your care team.

Step 4: Communicate your needs for accessibility.
If there are particular things that would make your arrival and time at the clinic more comfortable, accessible and safe, please let us know.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We require 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled fee—aligned with local clinic standards.
